For the homeowner, working with a bad sales person is like wrestling a porcupine! But you already know this. Why? Because despite this crazy world we're living in, you actually do care about people and their home. Communicating and listening is easy for you because you see the good in people. Doing the right thing may take a little more effort, but you know it always pays off in the long run. You're trustworthy, accountable, and take pride knowing the homeowner is happy. We'll teach you our sales process, provide weekly leads, and help you. That's rightwe'll provide you with leads! Your growth potential is nearly unlimited here. All you have to do is be you! SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Experience is not necessary, but you will have a leg up if you already have experience in storm damage restoration sales, and even though we do provide warm leads, you will have tremendous success in our company if you have strong cold-calling skills or experience.
