The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, understanding client criteria, and finding suitable living spaces for prospective buyers. You will negotiate rent and navigate buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. The average Colorado real estate GCI was $70K in 2021. The average Your Castle agent made $115K! Marketing and training matters.
