This is a fast-track position to become a membership director/ general manager of fitness sales. Assistant Membership Director (AMD) Join our fitness revolution as an assistant membership director! Are you passionate fitness enthusiast with the ability of sales and leadership? Do you have the desire to be the inspiration to other people across the community? If so, we want you to be the next membership director! The top 10% of AMDs in the company bring in an average of $5500-$6500 per month in total earnings Every month. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: As the assistant membership director, you will responsible for the driving force of the team of the sales department, leading the way with your passion of fitness and with your skills in sales and marketing! You will be leading and impacting a team of 1-3 people with the focus of beating all sales goals each month while being the positive attitude to lead the team in the right direction. Our Assistant Membership Directors will be working closely with the local business in the surrounding areas of the facility and also the personal training and front desk staff to make sure to keep and upbeat and positive experience for everyone the facility. DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AMD: Sales leader- be an example by generating 5+ tours of the gym per day while converting and generating 3+ memberships per day Sales trainer- train, develop, and hold your sales team accountable to exceed the bare minimum in sales goal and to better each other. Customer service concierge- always have a clean, friendly, welcoming, and well maintained facility REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness industry 2. Passion for health and fitness 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 4. Leadership experience with a positive and motivation approach 5. The ability to be able to adjust and thrive through fast paced, and goal- oriented environment 6. PAY RANGE: $9.50 per hour, plus net commissions and bonus opportunities, which is realistically, a range from $4500-$5500 per month. Our top 10% of AMDS in the company average between $5500- $6500 in total earnings per month.
