Patera Landscaping | Omaha, NE Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive base + commission / performance incentives Project Size: $100,000+ projects regularly Growth Potential: Extremely high The Opportunity Patera Landscaping is entering an exciting growth phase in residential pool design and construction , and we're looking for a high-level Landscape Designer / Pool Sales Specialist to help lead the charge. This is not a small-project role. You'll be designing and selling large-scale outdoor environments -- custom pools, outdoor living spaces, hardscapes, lighting, and full-property transformations -- with projects regularly exceeding $100,000 and the potential to go much higher. If you're someone who thrives on big ideas, premium clients, and complex builds , this is a rare opportunity to get in early as we expand our pool division. The sky truly is the limit. What You 'll Be Responsible For * Designing and selling high-end residential landscape and pool projects * Leading clients from initial consultation through final contract * Creating outdoor environments that integrate pools, patios, walls, lighting, and plantings * Managing long sales cycles and large budgets with confidence * Collaborating closely with ownership, operations, and construction teams * Helping grow and shape our pool sales process as the division expands * Representing Patera Landscaping professionally with high-end clientele Who We 're Looking For * Proven experience designing and selling large-scale residential projects * Strong background in pools, outdoor living, hardscape design, or high-end landscaping * Comfortable working with $100k+ project budgets * Confident presenter who can lead client meetings and close complex sales * Entrepreneurial mindset -- excited to help build something, not just maintain it * Organized, creative, and detail-oriented * Experience with design software and presentation tools preferred * Ability to manage multiple high-value projects at once What You 'll Be Selling Projects may include: * Custom residential pools * Integrated outdoor living spaces * Large patios and hardscapes * Retaining walls and grade changes * Outdoor kitchens and fire features * Lighting, water features, and planting * Full-property landscape transformations This role blends design, sales, and vision.
