Job Summary Southport Truck Group is growing and to meet our customers needs we are looking for Bi-Lingual experienced Parts Sales Team Members. We are in Southwest Florida but this role has the ability to be a remote position for the right individual. This is a commission based sales position and has great opportunity for growth. Responsibilities * Help customers in obtaining all the parts necessary to keep their trucks on the road with Elite Service. * Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process. * Communicate with customers in a professional manner and friendly manner. * Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts. * Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. * Ability to pull and fill orders from stock. * Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary. * Follow processes to ensure payment of orders. * Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales Experience. * Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish. * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. * Have strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Self-motivated and disciplined. * Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees. * Must be able to use multiple computer systems in Windows. * If remote, high speed internet required (100mbps+).
