Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and real estate sales, along with exceptional leadership and management skills. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets while providing outstanding customer service. Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills in negotiation, account management, and business development. * Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. * Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and technical support. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Requirements * Proven experience in sales is essential. Real estate sales experience is preferred. * Strong management experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams. * Proficiency in CRM software is required. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions. * Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and productivity, by monitoring agents' CRM and ensuring data is entered in a timely manner. * In conjunction with the Operations Director, analyze sales metrics, trends, and performance data to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. * Act as a liaison between agents and leadership, ensuring communication flows smoothly and that team needs are met. * Help agents with complex transactions and provide strategic guidance throughout the sales process.
