Aberdeen Renovation and Paint is seeking a driven, high-performing individual to join our team as a Door 2 Door Sales Representative. This is an exciting part-time opportunity for someone who has experience with in-person marketing, canvassing communities to generate leads, and thrives in a fast- paced, people-focused environment. Position Summary: As a canvasser, you'll be responsible for door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods across St. Johns. Your job is to professionally represent the Aberdeen brand, initiate conversations with homeowners, share information about our renovation and painting services, schedule estimates and collect lead details from interested prospects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door marketing in pre-assigned areas * Speak with homeowners about our services and generate leads * Schedule estimates by speaking with homeowners about out services * Represent our brand with professionalism and high integrity Schedule & Compensation: * Flexible part-time hours: weekdays (typically 5PM-8 PM) and every other weekend 11AM-3PM * Minimum of 10 hours per week or until scheduling 5 estimates. * Compensation: $50 -$100/ hr.
