Seeking a highly skilled individual to join the LIV Sotheby's International Realty Relocation and Referral Services team, working directly with other staff members, real estate agents, relocating clients, and various referral sources to deliver outstanding service. Job Responsibilities Include * Work closely with agents and department members to achieve top performance and specific metrics results * Place new referrals using prompt and thoughtful communications with agents, staff, clients, and referral sources * Be an effective liaison throughout the process, providing support to our agents and creating a positive relocation experience for the client * Pro-actively work to overcome potential issues * Continually coach, train, and support relocation agents * Accurate documentation of all file activities, updates, and communications using several different software platforms * Commitment to outstanding performance and support of other team members * Develop and maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all staff members, agents, customers, and referral sources * Special projects, report development, and data entry Job Specific Requirements * Strong communication skills, including ability to develop solid, long-term business relationships * Maintain a calm demeanor and reduce tensions for all parties involved * Excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding phone etiquette, and an ability to interact with others in a highly effective manner * Strong computer, administrative, and organizational skills * Team player, cross support within department and company-wide * Active listener, possessing creative thinking and problem-solving skills * Highly organized and comfortable with active multi-tasking * The ability to work well with people of all backgrounds * Strong time management skills * Outstanding work ethic, both independently and with a team * Ability to adjust priorities throughout the workday * Demonstrates a desire to improve, receives constructive feedback positively * Knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite products * Relocation or residential real estate experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Salary Range dependent upon experience * In addition to base pay, LIV SIR provides employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans. * Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays. * Hours are 8:30AM- 5:00PM, Monday-Friday, part-time weekend coverage rotation within the department, every 5 weeks.
