Job Title: Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter & Sales Account Manager Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary PLUS commissions Job Type: Full-time Location: In Person - Centennial / Lone Tree, CO Job Summary The Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter & Account Manager is a high-impact, hybrid role responsible for both business development and full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare staffing industry. This position owns the entire lifecycle of an account--from developing new client relationships and closing business to recruiting, credentialing, and placing top clinical talent. This is an ideal role for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term client partnerships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development * Develop and execute sales strategies to grow new and existing healthcare accounts * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and decision-makers * Present and promote customized staffing solutions to clients * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities * Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support Recruiting, Staffing & Account Management * Manage full-cycle recruiting for per diem, contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles * Source, interview, and place qualified healthcare professionals on open job orders * Manage day-to-day staffing, scheduling, and placement activity for active accounts * Document staffing requests, availability, and placement details accurately * Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across multiple channels * Maintain strong relationships with active clinicians and ensure high engagement * Generate and distribute daily staffing and revenue reports * Provide after-hours and emergency on-call support as needed Credentialing & Compliance * Process hiring documentation and ensure full compliance with credentialing requirements * Maintain and update credentials in all VMS systems and internal databases * Proactively notify staff of expiring credentials * Generate and analyze monthly compliance and credentialing reports * Ensure all placements meet regulatory and client-specific requirements Qualifications * Proven experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, sales, or account management * Strong understanding of healthcare staffing models and clinical roles * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage both sales and recruiting priorities * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency * Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database/VMS systems * Associate degree or equivalent experience/training preferred Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission structure * 401(k) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Professional growth and advancement opportunities Work Location * In Person: Centennial / Lone Tree, CO * Relocation required prior to start date Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Centennial, CO 80112 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Centennial, CO 80112: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
