What You 'll Earn * Uncapped commissions: $1,500-$3,000 per project * Most reps earn $90,000-$135,000+ per year * Monthly bonuses, contests, and team trips * Clear path to leadership and management roles What You 'll Do * Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing and solar solutions * Climb ladders and safely access rooftops for inspections * Present options, answer questions, and guide homeowners through decisions * Close deals and manage your own schedule with team support What We 're Looking For * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required * Ability to climb ladders and comfortably get on roofs * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners * Competitive, driven mindset with a willingness to learn * Coachable attitude and strong work ethic No Experience Required We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced leaders to help you succeed from day one.
