Approved Auto of America is searching for a special person to join our team as an Auto Sales Associate. Compensation: includes salary plus weekly commission as well as a generous PTO plan. Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our dealership, helping customers find the right vehicle and financing options to meet their needs. You'll provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships, ensuring a seamless car-buying experience. Responsibilities: * Prospect to generate new customers * Greet and assist customers, guiding them through the car-buying process. * Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Present vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits. * Collaborate with management to assist customers in understanding financing options and buy-here-pay-here agreements. * Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships. * Achieve individual and team sales goals. * Maintain knowledge of inventory and dealership promotions. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * Preferred - 1 yr buy-here-pay-here sales experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven effective prospecting skills * Negotiation skills * Ability to build trust and connect with customers. * High level of motivation and a results-driven approach. * Basic understanding of financing terms * Valid driver's license.
