OVERVIEW We are seeking someone with B2B Outside Sales experience for a growing territory in Spartanburg. This position will involve dropping in on businesses to build relationships and generate sales for a professional services vendor with a home office in the Powdersville area. This hybrid job will involve heavy local travel (no overnights or weekends) and has a monthly vehicle allowance, cell phone, and laptop, base pay + commission, benefits, and heavy remote work option since the territory is in Spartanburg. DETAILS * Conduct B2B Outside sales within the Spartanburg territory * Drop in on 15-30 businesses daily depending on the local market, with about 30 of your 40-hours in the week dedicated to B2B cold drop-ins and appointments * Manage service contracts for long term business as well as logistics for short term solutions and products * Conduct research, cold calling, and prospecting when not on the road * Monday-Friday 8-5 with flexibility for someone dedicated and self-motivated Qualifications: * Successful B2B Outside Sales experience is a must-have * Fine with doing 15-30 company visits/drop-in's daily (about 30 out of 40 hours of the week will be in the field) * Fine with coming into the Powdersville office for in-office days (otherwise this is a remote-hybrid set-up) * Fine with operating their own vehicle with a monthly vehicle allowance Benefits & Compensation: * $50k-$60k/year base * ~$85-105k/ in total comp in 1st and 2nd year * ~$120k-$150k/year once book of business is established * Company benefits & PTO * Monthly vehicle reimbursement * Laptop/cellphone staffingh Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off Work Location: In person
