Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field. Policy Expertise: Stay informed about the latest industry policies and product developments to offer accurate and professional advice to clients. Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiations, utilizing keen bargaining skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the agency and the clients. Risk Assessment: Analyze clients' portfolios to identify potential risks and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
