Client Management & Support * Independently manage new client submissions, applications, renewals, endorsements, and audits. * Lead Biltmore's efforts to provide best in class client service by being the subject matter expert on insurance coverages. * Collect insurer quotes, negotiate rates, order loss runs, and provide analysis. * Manage a book of business. * Responsible for renewals, including binders, invoicing, premium financing as needed. * Receive insurance policies and review for accuracy and make corrections as needed. * Cross sell. * Support producers selling new commercial lines of business. * Respond to the client's needs. * Assist clients in reporting claims to carriers. * Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management. Requirements * Must have an active Insurance License * Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Experience * Must have strong organizational skills * Must have the ability to multi-task, analyze and prioritize information when working with producers, company, and agency personnel. * Must be a team player What you will receive * Excellent benefits * 11 Paid Holidays * Bonus opportunity based on location growth. * 16 days of PTO
