What We 're Looking For We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Concierge Manager who embodies a true service heart and consistently delivers above-and-beyond experiences and acts as the face of our brand and company values. The ideal candidate combines high emotional intelligence with professionalism, fostering a culture of maturity, accountability, and focus on delivering results. This role requires someone who is coachable, adaptable, and open to giving and receiving feedback at every level of the organization--while also bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth. The Concierge Manager should have an intuitive understanding of customer needs, a genuine passion for cultivating connections, and the confidence to deliver results through both relationship-building and sales excellence. (Please note: This is not a stylist position.) Key Responsibilities & Behavioral Attributes Recruitment & Sales * Drive recruitment and retention of salon suite owners by cultivating strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. * Lead engaging tours for prospective salon owners and accurately document notes to support follow-up and conversions. * Collaborate with sales management during update and strategy calls to consistently achieve and exceed 95%+ occupancy goals. * Confidently guide prospects through the leasing journey, effectively communicating value, overcoming objections, and closing with professionalism. Property & Operations Management * Oversee property management by ensuring safety, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the day. * Manage administrative processes, including suite lease applications, agreements, background checks, and recordkeeping. * Coordinate the salon owner move-in process, including inspections, key distribution, Welcome Packets, and supply readiness. * Ensure all salon common areas are clean, well-maintained, and aligned with brand ambiance. * Plan, organize, and host member events for salon owners to foster community and engagement. Exceptional Customer Experience * Deliver elevated customer service that is personalized, thoughtful, and memorable. * Approach each customer with genuine curiosity, taking time to understand their story, preferences, and needs. * Anticipate and proactively address customer needs with intuitive, above-and-beyond solutions. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in salon management, hospitality, leasing, property management, luxury retail, or customer service, with a strong background in sales or leasing is strongly preferred.
