Job Summary *INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED As a licensed sales producer, you will cultivate business to help grow the agency by offering a a full suite of insurance and financial products. Base pay with commission and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities and Duties * Engage and build rapport with prospective and current customers * Achieve sales goals through leads, referrals, and networking * Provide trusted advice to help meet the customer's insurance and financial needs * Ensure a positive customer experience * Grow insurance knowledge Qualifications and Skills * At minimum, a 4-40 personal lines license which can be secured within a few days time via online coursework * Sales experience * Professional computer and phone skills * Excellent written and verbal skills * Strong time management skills * Ability to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Disability insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * You must secure at minimum a 4-40 personal lines insurance license prior to employment.
