Job Summary

• INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED As a licensed sales producer, you will cultivate business to help grow the agency by offering a a full suite of insurance and financial products. To excel in this position, you must be:

• Engage and build rapport with prospective and current customers
• Achieve sales goals through leads, referrals, and networking
• Provide trusted advice to help meet the customer's insurance and financial needs
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Grow insurance knowledge

Qualifications

and Skills

• At minimum, a 4-40 personal lines license which can be secured within a few days time via online coursework
• Sales experience
• Professional computer and phone skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
