What You 'll Be Doing (Sales-Focused Role) This is a 360 sales role where you will manage the full business development and client relationship cycle: Proactive Business Development - Identify and engage new client companies, pitch our services, book meetings, and build your personal sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management - Work one-on-one with hiring managers, understand their needs, negotiate terms, and develop long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement - Hit sales KPIs, build commercial opportunities, and drive revenue through consistent outreach and networking. Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping - Use platforms like LinkedIn to identify top candidates and position opportunities effectively. Consultative Sales - Match clients with the right talent, prepare candidates for interviews, and manage the full placement process.
