Staff Force Personnel Services is the largest privately owned staffing agency in Texas. We are celebrating a successful 36 years in business! We have 24 locations total including our most recent expansion to Phoenix, Arizona! We're looking for a real go-getter with outside sales experience to join our sales team specializing in light industrial staffing sales. Light industrial staffing knowledge is a plus, but not required! Staff Force is looking for a competitive, self-motivated individual who has the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth in North Dallas Area. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to produce and lead. You will be responsible for generating qualified job orders from top companies. You will be held accountable for business development and sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions. In order to achieve this, you are responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and other client representatives. We are looking for that go-to salesperson to provide their expertise in the sales field. We are looking for someone to provide: * Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting customers * Ability to establish professional relationships with customers through lunch meetings and on-site visits * Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals * Cold call experience * Negotiating skills Snapshot: This is an outside sales and business development role. Includes: cold calling, new prospect management, existing account management and customer service within in a well-defined and zoned exclusive branch specific territory.
