ASI Group is seeking a *B2B Senior Sales Manager - Aftermarket & Ecommerce We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager who: * Is a strong communicator and collaborator * Is a continuous learner * Has the ability to navigate different departments and business groups and the personalities within them * Takes ownership of tasks and is competitive externally * A strong collaborator across the organization * Is experienced in effective use of CRM * Is experienced in development and use of business intelligence dashboards * Is deadline and data driven The SALES MANAGER, based in our corporate headquarters in Yonkers, NY is responsible for sales of all ASI Group products. Initially, you will be responsible for selected key accounts. The position will become National in scope covering the contiguous United States with responsibility for Aftermarket, MRO, E-Commerce and other selected accounts. Includes development, account management and execution of tactical plans and programs to grow new business while maintaining existing business. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage headquarter calls for all ASI Group products to key accounts such as HOME DEPOT, WW GRAINGER, MSC INDUSTRIAL, GLOBAL EQUIPEMENT & MCMASTER CARR. * Manage headquarter calls with Aftermarket, MRO, E-Commerce and selected key accounts in this region. * Work with Independent Sales Representatives (Brokers) to manage regional key account locations, call centers and other selected opportunities. * Work with National Sales Manager to support regional, national key account initiatives and programs. * Provide direction, clear objectives, support and sales techniques, including training for distributor sales people and selected field Aftermarket sales reps. * Works with the National Sales Manager to drive sales and tactical directives to all key Aftermarket, MRO and E-commerce account groups. * Strong understanding of key distributors and exhibits confidence in executing E-commerce strategies and directives from distribution through to end user. * Travel as necessary to rep territories, up to 50% of time during certain times of the year. * Make presentations, product recommendations and training to key account buyers, sales people and call center personnel as required, providing any necessary support and follow up as needed. * Attend trade shows. * Maintain sales reporting to the National Sales Manager. * Work with National Sales Manager to provide key account catalog reviews, update and maintain sales information and maintain key contact information within territories. * Update National Sales Manager on all market trends, information opportunities, personnel changes and territory changes. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 4 years of Key Account-National Account sales management experience. * Strong leadership skills, strategic goal planning and achievement and business management skills. * Experience in Key Account Management planning and growth at the national level. * Experience with Aftermarket, MRO and E-commerce customers. * Knowledgeable in E-Commerce platforms with a working knowledge of large account management. * Strength in analytics, familiarity with CRM or Dodge Reports * Excellent Computer skills with Word, Powerpoint, Excel and CRM * Ability to travel nationally and able to work out of the Yonkers, NY corporate office Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Willingness to travel: * 50% (Required) Work Location: In personAmerican Specialties
