Tramper Technology USA, based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, supplies innovative, high-quality food packaging machinery in close collaboration with our Dutch parent company and South African affiliate. We are currently seeking a dependable Technical Sales Representative to join the growing team at our newly established American branch. Initial training will be provided locally, with the opportunity for more advanced training at our headquarters in The Netherlands. While based in Fond du Lac, this role involves frequent travel throughout North America and occasional overseas travel. Core Responsibilities : - Engage with potential and existing customers - remotely, on-site, and at trade exhibitions - Interpret and review project requirements - Collaborate with the international sales and engineering teams - Prepare and present technical proposals and layouts to customers - Sell proven equipment including tray denesters, filling systems, top sealers, and lidding solutions - Draft order documentation and stay actively involved with project teams Minimum Requirements: - Self-starter with strong communication skills - Solid computer literacy - Valid driver's license and passport - Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays - Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Additional Skills & Experience: - Experience with food packaging or automation machinery - Proficiency in a second language Why Work With Us: - A technically challenging role with a variety of responsibilities - Growth opportunities in an international organization - Competitive salary and benefits Position Details: - Full-time position - Based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin - Travel required, including extended periods Interested?
