Our employee-owners take pride in delivering exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and a best-in-class showroom experience. We are currently seeking a full-time Showroom Sales Associate to join our Decorative Plumbing, Kitchen, Bath, and Door Hardware Department. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior showroom experience who enjoys working closely with customers on product selection, special orders, and project support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Who We 're Looking For The ideal candidate has experience working in a showroom setting - such as decorative plumbing, kitchen & bath, door hardware, flooring, tile, lighting, or a related specialty retail environment--and is comfortable supporting customers through detailed product decisions. You are organized, detail- oriented, and confident communicating with both customers and vendors. While direct experience in decorative plumbing or door hardware is strongly preferred, we are open to candidates with transferable showroom or specialty retail experience who demonstrate strong aptitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers in the showroom with product selection, specifications, and pricing * Process special orders accurately and efficiently * Work directly with product vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times * Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone * Ring up purchases and process returns using POS systems * Maintain showroom displays, stock merchandise, and relocate product as needed * Support a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment * Collaborate with team members to uphold Jackson's high standards of service and accuracy Every Jackson's associate plays an important role in maintaining our culture of employee ownership.
