Our client, part of a national group providing HVAC services is looking t add to their team of Direct Sales Canvassers. As part of this team, you will be working inside a national retail home improvement stores engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors. This is a temp to hire opportunity Part-time and full-time opportunities available Schedule: Flexible -- Ideal hours are Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, up to 40 hours per week. Job requirements * Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers * Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus * Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift * Reliable transportation to/from assigned store * Minimum age: 18 years * Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required) * Clean, professional appearance to represent the client's brand * Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings * Must pass background check and drug screening Should you excel an offer of permanent employment will be offered which includes all company benefits include the opportunity to advance within the company into sales advisor roles.
