MB Jessee Painting, the Bay Area's most respected painting contractor for over 30 years, is hiring a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our residential and commercial sales. This is a performance-based role with strong company support and serious earning potential. Compensation & Benefits * $150,000 (base salary+commission) * Top performers earn $200,000+ * Uncapped commission structure * Company vehicle * Health insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off (PTO) * Strong marketing and lead support What You 'll Do * Actively pursue and close residential and commercial painting projects * Review project plans, specifications, and RFP documents to develop accurate proposals * Participate in bid reviews for larger, more complex commercial opportunities * Meet in person with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and designers * Generate new business through networking, follow-ups, and referrals * Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals (training provided) * Manage your own pipeline from first contact to signed contract * Represent a premium brand known for quality, integrity, and professionalism Who Succeeds in This Role * Sales professionals who are self-motivated and goal-oriented * Closers who are energized by commission-based pay * Individuals comfortable working 45+ hours per week to maximize earnings * Confident communicators who can build trust and overcome objections * Experience in home services, construction, real estate, insurance, or B2B sales is a strong plus * Painting or construction experience is helpful but not required -- we train the right salesperson. * Experience reviewing and understanding construction blueprints and plans (strong plus) * Experience responding to large, detailed RFPs for commercial or institutional projects (strong plus) Requirements * Proven sales experience * Valid California driver's license * Ability to work in person throughout the Bay Area * Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills * Experience interpreting Blueprints and working with large details RFPs Why Join MB Jessee? * Commission-heavy compensation -- no cap on earnings * Strong company-generated leads + freedom to self-source deals * Company vehicle * Health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO * Clear path to senior sales or sales leadership roles Join a team where your hard work directly drives your income and success.
