Outside Sales Representative - Janitorial & Packaging Solutions Location: Memphis, TN & Surrounding Area About Us: Gen-Pac and A1-Chemical, two industry-leading companies under the same ownership, are leaders in providing packaging and chemical solutions to businesses across various industries. Websites: * [please apply online] * [please apply online] Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through lead generation, cold calling, client visits, and relationship- building. This role requires a self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and the perseverance to succeed in a competitive environment. What You 'll Do * Cold-call in person on businesses daily in and around Memphis TN, and surrounding areas to generate leads and drive new sales. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. * Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support. * Present and demonstrate A-1 Chemical and GenPac's products to potential customers. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience required (B2B sales preferred). * Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits required * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Must have perseverance and resilience to overcome challenges. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
