Full description of the position

Business Development Manager | Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a global leader in advanced image- processing technology for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including ALPR, traffic monitoring, and smart mobility solutions. With regional hubs in Hungary, Denmark, Singapore, Italy, and the UAE, they are now expanding their U.S. presence and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth. What 's in it for you? * $100K-$120K + Commission * Work with cutting-edge ITS technology * Fully remote, flexible working arrangements * Be part of a high-impact U.S. sales team * Professional development and learning opportunities * Collaborative, supportive, and dynamic culture What you 'll be doing: * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the ITS space * Running product demos and presenting tailored technology solutions to clients * Managing the full sales cycle--from prospecting to closing deals * Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders * Collaborating with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to drive client success * Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging ITS opportunities * Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) What you 'll need: * Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships--ideally in ITS, traffic technology, or adjacent tech sectors * Understanding of ALPR, traffic monitoring, smart mobility, or other ITS technologies * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) * Self-starter with a proactive, goal-driven approach Apply Now!
