The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in outside sales, and a proven track record in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets, including B2B and technology sectors. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management. * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and business development efforts. * Oversee outside sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives. * Provide leadership, coaching, and training to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance. * Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales with a strong background in B2B or technology sales. * Demonstrated management skills with experience leading a sales team. * Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and data analysis. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. * Excellent business development capabilities with a strategic mindset. * Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop actionable insights. * Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build long-term client relationships. * Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving sales growth. * Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
