Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Concrete Coatings Do you love talking to people and closing deals? Do you know your way around concrete, construction materials, or coatings--or enjoy learning how things are built? If you're the kind of person who can build relationships, follow up like a pro, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, keep reading. What You 'll Be Doing * Serve as the main point of contact for customers in English and Spanish * Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound sales calls (approximately 50-60% of the role) * Prepare quotes and consistently follow up to close sales * Support customers from order placement through delivery and will-call * Work closely with the sales team to grow existing accounts and develop new business * Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information in the system Who We 're Looking For * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) * Experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction-related industries * Preferred experience with concrete, coatings, or building materials * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Why You 'll Like It Here * Base pay $50,000-$70,000 DOE plus uncapped commission * 401(k) * Paid time off and paid holidays * Medical insurance (50% employer paid) * Dental insurance available * A people-focused role where your bilingual skills and personality matter If you are a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth in the concrete industry, we encourage you to apply today.
