Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Concrete Coatings Do you love talking to people and closing deals? If you're the kind of person who can build relationships, follow up like a pro, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, keep reading. What You 'll Be Doing

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in English and Spanish
• Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound sales calls (approximately 50-60% of the role)
• Prepare quotes and consistently follow up to close sales
• Support customers from order placement through delivery and will-call
• Work closely with the sales team to grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information in the system Who We 're Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction-related industries
• Preferred experience with concrete, coatings, or building materials
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Base pay $50,000-$70,000 DOE plus uncapped commission
