About Total Network Designs LLC Total Network Designs (TND) is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Louisville, KY. We deliver IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and low- voltage wiring to small and mid-sized businesses. We are known for excellent service, long-term client relationships, and a strong reputation in the local business community. As part of our continued and steady growth, we are seeking a true sales hunter to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the Louisville market. The Role This is a hunter-focused outside sales role. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business , build relationships, and close managed service contracts. You will also represent TND at networking events and meetings, requiring a pleasant, professional, and approachable personality. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and proactive , yet open to coaching and collaboration. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at small-to-mid-sized businesses in the Louisville area * Prospect through networking events, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship-based selling * Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and pain points * Collaborate with internal technical leadership to develop and present solutions * Create proposals and close new managed service contracts * Attend networking meetings, trade shows, and community events as a professional ambassador of TND * Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM * Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain momentum through the sales cycle What We 're Looking For We are looking for a hunter with personality --someone who can pursue opportunities confidently without being pushy , and who understands the importance of long-term relationships. You must be someone who: * Has a hunter mentality and is comfortable building your own pipeline * Is self-efficient and self-driven , able to create tasks, manage priorities, and stay organized * Follows up consistently and reliably with prospects and partners * Is professional, pleasant, and confident in networking environments * Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments * Is open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement While this role requires independence, you will not be left on an island. We provide coaching and guidance as needed to help you build, refine, and execute an effective sales plan. You must be receptive to coaching and able to turn guidance into action.
