Luce, Schwab and Kase, Inc, a highly respected and successful HVAC Distributor is looking to add a Territory Manager to our successful sales team. The Territory Manger responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales to meet goals, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market data to find opportunities, and reporting on performance to senior management. You will be responsible for the overall success of sales within a specific geographic area, which involves everything from achieving sales quotas to resolving customer issues. Employee will be on a commission based pay structure alongside a salary paycheck.

Qualifications

and skills:

• Experience : Proven experience in territory management and a track record of increasing sales and revenue.knowledge HVAC and background is a must. Familiarity with Mitsubishi Electric or Ductless equipment is a bonus.
• Education : A bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Leadership : Strong independent skill set, self-motivational and team-building mindset.
• Analytical skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Communication : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Work environment : Ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced independent environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
