Job Description * Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and in person meetings * Work with engineers or procurement team on new product development * Understand customer needs and requirements * Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest * Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals * Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions * Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. * Overcome objections of prospective customers. Qualifications * About five years of proven sales experience in business or a related area * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely * Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management * Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills * Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers * Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information * Ability to work individually and as part of a team Preferred Attributes * A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field * Familiarity with industry-specific sales practices and experience in the technology sector Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
