Full description of the position
Pinnacle Partners Management is expanding our local field sales team and hiring Entry Level Sales Associates to represent our Quantum Fiber (Lumen) campaign. This is a full-time, commission-only sales role focused on helping customers enroll in fiber internet, wireless, and home connectivity services. This position involves in-person, face-to-face sales outreach in assigned field territories. It is not remote, retail, or call-center based. Compensation is strictly commission-based, paid weekly based on completed enrollments. What You 'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate: * Engage directly with customers face-to-face in assigned residential areas * Promote and explain fiber internet and wireless services offered through our telecommunications client * Assist customers with service plan selection, activations, and upgrades * Answer questions, overcome objections, and complete on-the-spot enrollments * Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals * Track customer data, sales metrics, and territory performance * Collaborate with team leaders to meet and exceed performance benchmarks What We 're Looking For: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Interest in sales, telecommunications, and face-to-face outreach * Self-motivated and driven to meet goals * High school diploma or GED required * No prior experience needed -- full training is provided * Reliable transportation for field assignments Compensation & Job Details: * Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) * Compensation: Commission-only , paid weekly * Earnings: Most associates earn $120-$160 per completed enrollment * Average Weekly Pay: $1,000-$1,800 based on typical performance * Schedule: Monday-Saturday availability preferred (40-50 hours/week) * Work Setting: In-person role with daily travel to assigned residential field territories * Products: Fiber internet, wireless, and home connectivity solutions What You 'll Gain: * Weekly commission pay with uncapped earning potential * Hands-on training in telecommunications sales, customer service, and fiber internet technology * Clear advancement opportunities into team lead, account management, or leadership roles * Supportive, growth-focused team environment * Experience representing a leading fiber internet provider Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Work Location: In personPinnacle Partners Management
