The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Duties * Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. * Conduct outside sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop effective sales strategies. * Articulate product benefits and features clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. * Collaborate with the core team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling. Skills * Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. * Proficiency in benefits administration related to product offerings. * Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. * Experience in outside sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.. * Knowledge of insurance sales is beneficial but not required. * A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field is essential.
