Mercedes-Benz of Saint Charles is experiencing strong growth and is seeking an experienced Pre -Owned Vehicle Manager to help lead and scale one of the most critical departments in our dealership. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and takes pride in building inventory strategies, developing people, and delivering a premium customer experience that aligns with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Requirements: * Manage all aspects of the used vehicle operation, from acquisition to retail * Source, price, and manage inventory with a focus on turn, margin, and market alignment * Lead, coach, and develop the used car sales team * Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team on forecasting and strategy * Maintain high standards for reconditioning, merchandising, and customer experience * Prior experience as a Used Car Manager or Assistant Used Car Manager * Strong understanding of market pricing, inventory analytics, and vehicle sourcing * Proven leadership skills with a hands-on management style * Professional, organized, and brand-focused mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $136,356.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Saint Charles, IL 60174 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Saint Charles, IL 60174: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
