Full description of the position

After major changes in the market we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Southwest Michigan. You must have recent new vehicle sales and management experience. The Sales Manager is responsible for goal setting, building team and customer relationships, managing the budget, and promoting continuous learning. The ideal candidate will lead by example, develop the teams proficiencies, and motivate with positivity. This role will be responsible for overall team performance. Team leadership, strong negotiations and customer service skills are required. Our incentive package includes 401k, company paid healthcare, dental, company matching retirement contributions, paid time off, and employee discounts.
