As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and support the growth of our team. Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team while also supporting residential and commercial sales efforts. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, coaching and developing sales representatives, assisting with inspections and estimates, and ensuring consistent performance across the team. The ideal candidate has strong roofing or exterior sales experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance hands-on selling with team management.
