Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Account Manager specializing in Surgical Sales to join our expanding healthcare sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key surgical accounts, fostering strong relationships with medical professionals and hospital procurement teams, and driving the adoption of innovative surgical products. Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or healthcare industry, particularly in surgical or medical device sales. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. * Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Proficiency in conducting compelling product demos and technical sales presentations. * Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within healthcare organizations. * Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities. * Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device sales regulations and compliance standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
