We are seeking a driven, accountable sales professional to help grow revenue and expand our client base. This role is designed for someone who wants ownership, upside, and clear performance expectations -- not a side gig. We care more about what you can produce than where you went to school. This Role Is For You If: * You are motivated by performance-based income * You enjoy building long-term client relationships * You are comfortable selling value and outcomes , not commodities * You want clear expectations, frequent feedback, and the ability to earn more as you produce more * You are seeking a primary professional focus, not supplemental income This Role Is NOT For You If: * You are juggling multiple sales roles or agencies * You are seeking short-term access to client lists or contacts * You prefer guaranteed salaries over performance-based compensation * You are uncomfortable with transparent performance reviews and benchmarks Responsibilities * Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities This role is focused on new business development ; existing client relationships are managed internally. * Build relationships with decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses * Sell creative production and growth-oriented services aligned to client goals * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting * Participate in frequent performance and activity reviews This role may involve developing business in existing or new geographic markets , based on opportunity and performance. Compensation * $1,300/month base stipend * 25% commission on net revenue * Net revenue is defined as revenue retained after pass-through costs, contractor fees, and hard production expenses * Uncapped earning potential * Commission paid on collected revenue Performance & Review Framework * Initial performance benchmarks evaluated at 30, 60, and 90 days * Ongoing monthly and quarterly reviews focused on activity, pipeline, and closed revenue * Continued engagement based on productivity, results, and mutual fit Must-Have Qualifications * Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline * Comfort with performance-based compensation and variable income * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Willingness to participate in frequent performance reviews * High ethical standards and discretion when handling client relationships and proprietary information Preferred Qualifications * Prior B2B sales experience (preferred, not required) * Experience selling services, solutions, or intangible value * Familiarity with creative, marketing, or production environments * Existing professional network or the ability to build one quickly Formal degrees or certifications are not required. Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and revenue-generating ability matter more than credentials.
