The Role We're looking for highly-motivated, relationship-focused Junior Sales Representatives to help grow System4's presence. This is an outside sales (field-based role) designed for someone who's ready to learn professional sales, develop confidence in business conversations, and make an immediate impact. You'll spend about 80% of your time in the field creating a book of business - knocking on doors, meeting with prospective and current clients, setting up new services with our providers, and supporting the sales and account lifespan. The rest of your time will be spent on tasks such as building a lead list, creating and managing core documentation, collaborating with the team, and growing your skills under the guidance of experienced sales professionals and the executive team. This position offers a path toward becoming a more senior sales professional, with hands-on coaching and a supportive, fast-paced environment.
