Floor Coverings International is looking for a High Performing Sales/Design Associate Floor Coverings International Louisville East is currently seeking a high- performing Sales/Design Associate to join our growing team. As a national leader in "in-home" flooring sales, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless, consultative experience for our customers. In this role, you will utilize company and self-generated leads to meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and recommend tailored flooring solutions. You will serve as the single point of contact from the initial consultation through to the final installation and walkthrough. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home design consultations, measurements, and proposal presentations. * Manage project documentation, payment collection, and coordination with production teams. * Drive business growth through networking (including BNI participation), home shows, and local marketing efforts. * Maintain the Mobile Showroom and company equipment. Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly. * Clean driving record and availability for occasional evening/weekend appointments. * Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. Training & Compensation Design Associates participate in 6-8 weeks of comprehensive training, including self-study, shadowing, and a one-week online Inspired Sales Course. This is a commission-based position with no upper limit on earnings; full-time associates can earn over $80,000 per year. Benefits include a 90-day training wage, a monthly cell phone allowance, use of a company vehicle for appointments, and optional health insurance.
