Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent to join our team and drive growth through proactive sales efforts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment. Although insurance experience is preferred, we will invest and train the right person. The minimum experience to be considered is 2 years in a non-retail sales role. Candidate must have experience opening new accounts *Responsibilities - P &C Insurance Sales Agent * Engage in sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various marketing channels. * Assess the client's needs through policy reviews and annual reviews * Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their coverage requirements. * Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on leads to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, market trends, and competitor offerings to optimize sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients with benefits administration and claims processes. *Experience - P &C Insurance Sales Agent * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts effectively. * Familiarity with sales administration tasks and CRM systems for tracking leads and client information. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. * Analysis skills for market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment are advantageous.
