We're seeking a motivated Application Specialist to join our passionate sales team. In this role, you'll leverage deep knowledge of air pressure regulators and pneumatic valves to consult with customers, design tailored electro-pneumatic solutions, build long-term partnerships, and drive growth. #TechnicalSales #Pneumatics #AutomationKey Responsibilities * Develop expertise in designing custom pneumatic solutions using Proportion-Air's electronic pressure regulators, proportional control valves, and related electro-pneumatic technologies. * Engage engineers, buyers, and decision-makers through consultative selling, demonstrating strong product knowledge--particularly in air pressure regulation and pneumatic valve applications. * Educate customers on the precision, cleanliness, and performance advantages of electro-pneumatic controls for pressure and flow. * Act as the primary customer contact, delivering responsive support and fostering strong, trust-based relationships. * Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and generate leads to expand the customer base. * Collaborate with engineering, applications, and operations teams on technical proposals, pricing, delivery timelines, and post-sale support. * Represent the company at trade shows, customer site visits, and technical presentations as required (regular travel expected). #SalesEngineer #PneumaticValves #PressureRegulators #IndustrialAutomation ElectroPneumaticQualifications * Proven experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pneumatics, fluid power, process control, automation, or related fields. * Solid working knowledge of pneumatic components, with specific emphasis on electronic air pressure regulators, proportional pneumatic valves, and their industrial applications (e.g., closed-loop pressure/flow control). * Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach. * Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven. * Willingness and ability to travel regularly (customer visits, trade shows, etc.). * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred but not required with strong relevant experience. #NowHiring #EngineeringJobs #TechnicalSalesJobs Why Join Proportion-Air?
