Overview

: Our client is seeking a driven, assertive, and self-motivated Sales Representative to help them expand their customer base and drive growth in new and existing markets. This position is ideal for someone with an aggressive, results-oriented sales mentality -- the kind of person who thrives on closing deals, exceeding goals, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, networking, presenting, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasing agents, engineers, and operations managers.
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with our design and engineering teams to create tailored solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts to management.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven success in B2B sales
• Strong closing ability and a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and results oriented.
• Ability to travel is needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
