Job Summary Eagle, Idaho | Saturdays Required We're Camille Beckman, a family-owned hand and body care company celebrating 40 years in business , and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Hand & Body Care Consultant / Sales Associate to join our Eagle, Idaho gift shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an interest in skincare or self-care, and thrives in a boutique retail setting where every day is a little different. What You'll Do * Deliver warm, personalized customer service * Provide light hands-on services such as product demonstrations and hand massages * Assist customers with product selection and sales * Operate Square POS and handle cash and card transactions accurately * Open and close the store and work independently when scheduled * Maintain visual merchandising and a welcoming store environment * Support in-store and occasional off-site events * Adapt easily to both quiet and high-volume shopping days * Work hands on providing light services at our Saturday events Schedule & Availability * Saturdays are required , including all scheduled events * Events are typically 5+ hours, twice per month * Occasional on-call or backup coverage may be needed * Infrequent weeks may reach up to 23 hours * Typical shift: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * Closed Sundays except: * Annual Warehouse Sale (one Sunday in May) * Holiday Event (one Sunday in December) All staff are expected to work these two Sundays. * Available hours may increase over time What We're Looking For * Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused * Comfortable working alone and taking initiative * Able to use technology including Square POS, iPad, desktop computer, and multi-line phone * Retail, beauty/skincare, or hospitality experience is a plus, MUST BE CONFORTABLE BEING HANDS ON WITH CUSTOMERS FOR PRODUCT APPLICATION * Sales and cash handling experience preferred Physical Requirements * Standing for extended periods * Repetitive hand motions * Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs What We Offer * Very generous employee discount * Paid training * A friendly, relaxed boutique atmosphere * Opportunity to work with a long-standing, family-owned company If you love helping people feel cared for and enjoy a hands-on retail experience, we'd love to hear from you.
