Sales Associate - FinTech / Merchant Cash Advance (Base + Commission) Base Salary: $40,000 + Uncapped Commissions Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Spartan Capital is a fast-growing financial services and FinTech company providing working capital and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. Job Overview As a Sales Associate, you will speak directly with business owners to: * Qualify funding needs * Present financing solutions * Follow up consistently * Move deals through the sales pipeline This is a phone-based inside sales role with a strong emphasis on performance, activity, and results. Key Responsibilities * Make high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls * Qualify business owners for funding programs * Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM * Collect required documentation (bank statements, applications, etc.) * Present funding options clearly and professionally * Track activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Required Skills & Qualifications * 1+ year of sales or inside sales experience (preferred) * Strong communication and phone presence * Ability to handle objections and stay persistent * Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment * Strong work ethic and coachability Highly Preferred (Not Required) Candidates with phone sales experience in: * Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) * Financial services / lending * Mortgage or loan origination * Solar sales * Debt settlement or collections * Stockbroking or Forex Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $40,000 per year * Uncapped commission structure * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid time off * Full-time employment High performers earn well above base through commissions.
