Job Summary The Health Care Marketer is responsible for increasing community awareness, strengthening referral relationships, and driving client growth for our in- home caregiving services. This role focuses on building meaningful partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and local organizations while representing our agency with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Referral Development & Community Outreach * Build, maintain, and grow relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, and primary care offices. * Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate new referrals. * Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service. * Represent the agency at health fairs, community events, senior expos, networking groups, and business organizations. Client Growth & Lead Management * Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the community. * Track and manage incoming inquiries, converting leads into assessments and new clients. * Collaborate with the Care Coordinator and Administrator to ensure quality, continuity, and client satisfaction. * Monitor trends in referral volume and assist in developing strategies to improve performance. Brand Awareness & Marketing Activities * Promote agency services through educational presentations, outreach materials, and digital/print marketing. * Assist with social media content, newsletters, brochures, and community education campaigns. * Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence that reflects the agency's mission and values. Internal Collaboration * Work closely with the scheduling, care management, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients. * Participate in weekly growth meetings to report activity, opportunities, and challenges. * Provide insight to leadership regarding market changes, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications * Prior experience in health care marketing, senior services, home health, hospice, or in-home care is strongly preferred. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally. * Professional, compassionate, and mission-driven approach to serving older adults and their families.
