Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and experience in B2C sales environments. This role involves lead generation, conducting product demos, and managing territory sales to achieve company objectives. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting sales activities. * Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for effective outreach. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales or outside sales roles, preferably in a B2C environment. * Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and territory management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Selling products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Supplemental policies. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales targets. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing accounts and follow-ups. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
