POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving growth and energy at our studio by focusing on lead generation, community engagement, and sales. This role supports the General Manager in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and maintaining studio cleanliness, while cultivating a welcoming environment for members and guests. You'll be a key figure in generating new memberships by connecting with prospective members and booking them into classes -- ideally becoming their new best friend! This role emphasizes hands-on lead generation, including event-based, business-to-business (B2B), and other grassroots outreach efforts. Following set strategies and expectations, you'll develop meaningful connections and leverage Rumble's social media presence to create an impact. Passion for fitness and familiarity with the Rumble brand are preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead Generation & Community Engagement: Proactively generate new leads through event-based outreach (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community events, and more), and B2B or other grassroots connections. * Sales & Membership Management: Execute the sales process by following up with leads, enrolling new members, and achieving monthly sales quotas. Maintain consistent levels of personal sales production. * Studio Tours & Consultations: Conduct engaging studio tours, establishing relationships by understanding individual needs and introducing available services. * Social Media & Marketing Support: Contribute to daily activities and engagement on studio social media channels and assist the GM with social strategy to increase studio visibility. * Customer Service & Culture Building: Promote a positive, friendly studio culture where members feel valued, supported, and motivated. * Studio Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards across the studio to ensure a welcoming environment. * Professional Development: Continuously develop your sales skills and stay updated on the latest fitness trends and offerings at Rumble. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills * Goal-oriented, with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail * Comfortable learning and using the ClubReady software system * Ability to stand or sit for extended periods * Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines COMPENSATION & PERKS: * Competitive base salary (based on experience), plus potential commissions and performance-based bonuses * Growth opportunities within the studio, including sales and management positions * Complimentary Rumble membership with employment Be a part of the energy and community at Rumble Boxing FishHawk.
