Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inviting environment. * Consistently meet and exceed sales and productivity goals, monitoring metrics daily, weekly, and monthly. * Complete company-provided training on product knowledge, store operations, and performance standards. * Assist management with inventory control and system processes. * Wear our personalized Arch Supports to experience and promote the brand firsthand. Position Details * Job Type: Full-Time * Average Pay: $43,000-$60,000 annually (Hourly base of $18.00 + uncapped tiered commissions; many specialists exceed the average as the arch supports are considered a high end luxury item.) Store Hours * Monday-Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM * Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of retail experience (commission-based sales preferred). * Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills, competitive drive, and a positive, empathetic attitude. Physical Requirements * Comfortable with standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods. * Able to lift up to 25 lbs. * Able to climb and descend ladders.
